Dean has held nearly every job in the indoor climbing industry, but found his passion in route setting.

 He spent about 5 years route setting for Earth Treks as well as a number of gyms in Southern California. His focus and experience in commercial route setting has been an asset as he transitioned in the current Head of Sales for Walltopia USA. In this role Dean works regularly with first time operators that have a need for experienced route setting. He has facilitated numerous initial sets and also offers “Fundamentals of Commercial Routesetting” Clinics.
