Henrik Suihkonen has been a background influencer in the development of Finnish sport climbing since the 80s. As the Finnish indoor climbing champion 1994 and 1997, he has developed sport climbing in Finland from the grades 7c to 8b+.

Henrik was among the climbers who built the first indoor climbing gym in the Helsinki area in 1987 and later was the Founder of Kiipeilyareena and Moments Climbing gym chain that is the largest climbing gym chain in the Nordic countries. Moments Climbing is the first European operator in the US market with Iron City Boulders Pittsburgh and Blue Swan Boulders in Orlando.
