Alan is Director of the Climbing Academy. He has been climbing indoors and out from a very young age, and a routesetter for many years before becoming involved with The Climbing Academy group’s second gym in Glasgow.

Alan started out as an Assistant Manager, and having helped negotiate a difficult start in the city,  was promoted to his current role as Company Director.
