Lillian Chao-Quinlan is the President and principal owner of Sportrock Climbing Centers, one of the first commercial indoor rock climbing gyms in the USA. During her tenure, Lillian has managed three expansions within their facilities.

The most recent one boasts some of the tallest climbing walls in the country and afforded Sportrock the opportunity to host Open Nationals in March 2019.  Lillian is passionate about using rock climbing as a platform to expand the climbing community, with programs for adaptive climbers, climbers with Parkinsons, and at-risk youth, in addition to hosting classes, events, and competitions that support high level and competitive climbers.  Lillian has been climbing for over 20 years and enjoys traveling the world climbing.
